Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is a crucial source of revenue for All Saints’ Episcopal Day School. While tuition covers only 75% of the total cost of a student’s education, Annual Fund contributions help bridge the gap between tuition and the full expense of an All Saints’ education.
Each year, gifts to the Annual Fund enable us to invest in our exceptional faculty, maintain a low student-teacher ratio despite enrollment growth, enhance classroom resources, develop new programs, and provide professional development opportunities. These contributions support All Saints’ ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered education to all families.
This year, the Annual Fund will support several key projects, including upgrading technology with new Chromebooks for students, updating classroom furniture (desks, chairs, carpets, etc.), and constructing a pavilion in the back car line to protect students from the weather.

Annual Fund Projects
Classroom Updates
This year, we will continue making improvements to classrooms across our school. Classroom furniture plays a crucial role in shaping the learning environment and supporting student well-being. Many of our desks and chairs are over 20 years old, and replacing them can greatly enhance students’ focus and engagement by providing a more comfortable and functional space. Updated furniture helps reduce physical strain, promotes better posture, and creates a more inviting and stimulating classroom environment. Investing in these upgrades is an investment in our students’ success, supporting a more effective and enjoyable learning experience. By prioritizing these improvements, we are ensuring that future students benefit from classrooms designed to foster both academic growth and personal development.
Safety Upgrades
At All Saints’, student safety is always our top priority. We are planning critical security upgrades, including the installation of a new keypad system and additional cameras on the front lawn as well as at all entrances and exits of the building.
These improvements will enhance campus security, provide peace of mind for families and staff, and ensure that our students can learn and play in a safe, protected environment. By supporting this project, you are investing in the safety and well-being of every child at All Saints’. Together, we can create a secure campus where students thrive!
Playground Upgrades
We are excited to announce plans to transform our big playground into a safer, more engaging, and fun-filled space for our students—and we need your support! The project includes adding a pickleball court, installing turf across all playgrounds, purchasing new swings, and relocating the volleyball court and existing swings to create a more functional and enjoyable layout.
These upgrades will give students more opportunities for active play, teamwork, and outdoor learning while providing a safe and comfortable environment to explore, socialize, and grow. By contributing to this project, you are investing in our students’ physical activity, well-being, and overall school experience.
Energy Efficient Initiatives
As part of our energy efficiency initiative, All Saints’ is upgrading all lighting throughout the school to energy-efficient systems, starting with the gymnasium and classrooms. These upgrades will reduce energy consumption, lower utility costs, and create brighter, more comfortable learning and activity spaces for our students.
